GREETINGS FROM THE ROAD! We had loaded up the GA Events Team campaign van with supplies from Sons of Sunrise merchants and hit the road heading North in the GA Reserve with our next stop in mind: 
Pine Valley Resort, located in the GA Reserve area. After three hours of having Judas smack and pop his gum in my ear, I finally turned around, glared and held out my hand. He smiled, placed the wad in my palm and stuck his tongue out at me. SquirtN looked up from his porn magazine for a moment (possibly the first time since we left SOS – sheesh) and sniggered – or was it a chortle? Either way, he turned the page and was sucked back into the beefcake.
“Are we there yet?”
‘No, not yet, Hamilton.’ (20 second pause)
‘Are we there yet?’
“No, Hamilton. Not yet.” (15 second pause)
‘Are we there yet?’
‘No.’ (10 second pause)
‘Are we…”
‘YES, WE’RE THERE. HAPPY NOW? sheesh’
Behind the wheel, Daeron smiled as we entered the sim and wheeled down one of the heavily-wooded lanes of Pine Valley Resort. I realized we were all perhaps a bit punchy after getting up early. Even Othon seemed to beginning to have issues with the non-stop freight-train snoring from Hunter next to him in the back. Good thing we were parking in front of Richochet’s Gay Country Music Club – it was time to get out, stretch our legs and have some fun!
No one was near, so we all quick changed into jeans (note to self – remember to not wear sequined jockstrap when traveling with these guys) and our 10-gallon hats…..and the cowboy boots we had all packed at the beginning of the tour. YEE
E-haw!
While Othon performed the ‘Estate Check’ to make sure the Survey Terminal was functioning properly (and perhaps to further hone his budding exterminator skills? - go figure), SquirtN and Daeron headed out for a hike in the woods and mountains – and to get some ‘quality alone time,’ I’m sure. The rest of us stretched out with a little some line-dancing…and soon everyone was smiling again!
Taking a break out on the front porch of Ricochet’s, it was not hard to see why Pine Vally Resort is such a popular place – what with all the cool log-chalet cabin homes; the mountains in the background and knowing that wayyy hot cowboys were due for a party at any moment didn’t hurt our moods in the least.
